Man city cannot ignore their academy like that

A city fan here, and I am furious at our manager Mr Josep Guardiola.
As if Jadon Sancho was not enough, he went on to do the same to Eric Garcia!!
It hurts ok, to see the talent of our academy flourishing in other teams. Frankly,I would be more than happy to see our youngsters coming in first team rather than any leo messi or any big name you can think of.
I am exhausted guys… Can’t We start a petition or something to stop this spending and focusing on academy instead ?
